         James Truett To James A. Williams and others
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I James Truett of the State
Alachua County   } and County above written in consideration of the sum of Sixty
Dollars to me paid by James A. Williams Horace Tarbox & Herman Levy of the same
State & County (the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged) do hereby give grant
bargain sell & convey unto the said James A. Williams Horace Tarbox & Herman Levy
their heirs & assigns a certain tract or parcel of land situate in the above written
State & County known & described as follows viz The NW1/4 of the SE1/4 and the S1/2 of
the SE1/4 Sec 21 Township 8 South of Range 17 East containing one hundred
& twenty acres more or less with all the priviledges & appurtenances thereto
belonging - To have & to hold the afore granted premises to the said James
A. Williams Horace Tarbox & Herman Levy their heirs & assigns in fee simple
forever and I the said James Truett for myself & & my heirs Executors &
administrators do covenant with the said James A. Williams Horace Tarbox
& Herman Levy & their heirs & assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
afore granted premises that they are free from all encumbrances that I have
good right to sell & convey the same to the said James A. Williams Horace
Tarbox & Herman Levy as aforesaid & that I will & my heirs executors &
administrators shall warrant & defend the same to the said James A. 
Williams Horace Tarbox & Herman Levy & their heirs & assigns forever against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons And for the consideration
aforesaid I Laura Truett wife of said James Truett do hereby release & quit
claim unto the said James A. Williams Horace Tarbox & Herman Levy their
heirs & assigns all my right claim or possibility of Dower in or out of the
aforesaid described premises. In Witness Whereof we the said James Truett
and Laura Truett have hereunto set our hands & seals the 31st day of
January AD 1882
