Florida Southern Railway Company To Henry Brock
                             "Deed"
This Indenture made the Twenty second day of March in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and eighty two between the Florida Southern
Railway Company of the first part and Henry Brock of the second part
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to it paid by the party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has
remised released and forever quit claimed and by these presents does remise
release and forever quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns forever Lot No 2 in Block No 11 in the Town of Perry
said town being in Section 29 - Tp 10 S - Range 21 E in the County of 
Alachua State of Florida Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain=
ing and the reversion and reversions remainders rents issues and profits
thereof; and also all the estate right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said party
of the first part of in and to the above described premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold all
and singular the above mentioned and described premises together
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said Florida Southern
Railway Company has hereunto caused its corporate name to be

Know all men by these Presents, That for the consideration herein before
expressed the New England Trust Company Trustees under a certain
mortgage given by the Florida Southern Railway Company does hereby forever
release and discharge the above described land from the effect and
operation of said Trust Mortgage and releases and discharges all lien
or right or lien upon said land by reason of said Mortgage.
In Witness Whereof the New England Trust Company has heretofore caused
its corporate name to be subscribed by its duly authorized agent on
the day and year first above written
