W.W. Hampton Comissioner To Mrs Mary C. Fleming
"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this the 28th day of March AD
Alachua County } 1882 between W.W. Hampton as Commissioner of the County &
State aforesaid party of the first part and Mrs Mary C. Fleming of the same
place party of the second part: Witnesseth: That whereas Hon J.C. Gardner
Judge of the County Court in & for Alachua County Florida and ex-offico
Judge of Probate thereof upon the application of J.T. Fleming administrator
De Bonis non of & for the Estate of J.F. Guinn deceased did on the 27th
day of January AD 1882 appoint authorize and empower the undersigned
Commissioner to sell at public outcry in the Town of Gainesville in
Alachua County Fla upon due notice thereof the property hereinafter
described belonging to the Estate of the said J.F. Guinn deceased. Now therefore
by virtue of the said order of the said Court and upon due and legal
notice thereof by publication in the "Gainesville Bee" a weekly
newspaper published in said Town & County the said W.W. Hampton
as Commissioner as aforesaid party of the first part on the 6th day
of March AD 1882 did sell the same at public out cry to the said
Mrs Mary C. Fleming she being the highest bidder therefor for the
price & value of Thirty Dollars and the said party of the first part
under and by virtue of the said order and the sale thereunder and
by virtue of the order of confirmation of the said sale, made & granted
by the Hon J.C. Gardner Judge of said Court on the 27th day of
March AD 1882 and authorizing him the said Commissioner to make
titles to said property to the said Mrs Mary C. Fleming doth for and
in consideration of the said sum of Thirty Dollars to him in hand as
Commissioner as aforesaid paid, grant bargain sell and convey
unto her the said Mrs Mary C. Fleming and to her heirs and
assigns the following described real estate to wit; all that certain lot
tract or parcel of land situated lying & being in Alachua County
Florida & known and distinguished as the South West quarter of the
South East quarter. The West half of the North West quarter of the
SE1/4 of Sec 31 in Township 11 South of Range 19 East. Together with
all and singular the rights tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the estate
right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof as fully by virtue
of his said authority as he may convey the same. To have and to
hold the said premises unto the said Mrs Mary C. Fleming and to
