was present and did see Alexander E. Crook sign seal and deliver 
the within Power of Attorney to and for the uses and purposes therein expressed
and that H.W. Crook subscribed his name with myself as witnesses to the Same
and that said Alexander E. Crook signed sealed & delivered said power of Atty
in the presence of said H.W. Crook and that said H.W. Crook & deponent
signed their names in the presence of each other and of said Alexander W.

The State of Mississippi } Know all men by these Presents, that I Clarinda W.
County of Marshall       } Moore of the State and County aforesaid have made 
constituted and appointed and by these presents do make constitute and appoint 
William D. Evins of the State of South Carolina and County of Anderson my 
true and lawful Attorney for me and in my name place and Stead 
to grant bargain and sell all that tract and parcel of Land Situate
and being in the State of Florida and County of Alachua lying along 
Orange Lake and known as section 32, in Township 11 Range 21 Containing 
620 acres of land and 20 acres of land covered by water be there more 
or less whereof I am entitled and interested in by the Will of Dr A. Evins 
Deceased and to grant bargain and sell the same for such sum or price
