State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County   } P.B.H. Dudley Jr and Fannie Dudley his wife
Virginia E. Jones and J.J. Jones her husband Joanna Kirby and
Thomas M. Kirby her husband Alice J. Jones and S.C. Bevill in
his own right and as Guardian of Anna Bevill the daughter of Fannie
M.M. Bevill deceased the late wife of the said S.C. Bevill
all of whom are heirs at law and devisees under the will and
last testament of P.B.H. Dudley Senr late of Alachua County
deceased; for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar
to us in hand paid have this day granted bargained sold
and forever quit-claimed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and forever quit claim unto Harriet Williams all
our right title interest and claim which we have or may have in
and to the following described real and person under and by
virtue of being heirs at Law and devisees of P.B.H. Dudley Senr
to wit: all that Stock of General Merchandise Store fixtures and
appurtenances Books and Books of Accounts Account notes and
all papers of value whatsoever belonging to the late firm of Dudley
& Company which did business in the Town of Archer in Alachua
County State of Florida and also the following described lots tracts
or parcels of land particularly described and designated as follows to wit
