each examined by me separate and apart from their said husbands say
and acknowledge that they and each of them executed the foregoing
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing renouncing and
relinquishing all their separate Estate and right of Separate Estate in and
to the property and lands therein described and that the same was
done freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from their said husband

Alachua County   } Coulter and my wife Sallie M. Coulter of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
fifty dollars to us in hand paid by Charles F. Jolly of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
