This Indenture made the Twenty ninth day of November in the year one thousand
eight hundred and eighty one Between Aggie M. Miller and Christopher R.
Miller both of the City of Jersey City County of Hudson and State of
New Jersey parties of the first part and Clarence R. Miller of the City
County and State aforesaid party of the second part Witnesseth, That the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Fifteen Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and the said party of the second part his heirs executors
and administrators forever released and discharged from the same by these
presents Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened remised released conveyed and
Confirmed and by these presents Do grant bargain sell alien remise release
Convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs
and assigns, forever All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
situate in Alachua County and State of Florida and more particularly
described as follows Commencing at the Half mile Stake on the North line
of Section Fourteen (14) Township Ten (10) S Range Nineteen (19) E Running
thence West Sixteen (16) chains and Eighty Six (86) links to a Stake
Thence South fifty four (54) chains and Fifty (50) links to a Stake
on the George Grant line; Thence North East along said line Twenty
Three (23) chains to a Stake; Thence North Thirty nine (39) chains
and Ten (10) links to the point or place of beginning containing Seventy
five (75) and one Third acres more or less being the same property conveyed
by Julia Cessna and W.K. Cessna her husband Annie L. Barton and
D.W.L. Barton her husband and Franklin Johnson and Sarah S.
Johnson his wife to Aggie M. Miller by deed bearing date the Twenty
Second day of December in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight
Hundred and Seventy Six and Recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Alachua in Liber "J" of Deeds pages 171 &c
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
