     Alexander Coulter & Wife to Mrs Laura Hemingway
                            "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Alexander
Alachua County   } Colter and my wife Sallie M. Colter of the aforesaid 
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars 
to us in hand paid by Mrs Laura Hemingway of the County of Alachua 
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have 
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain 
sell and convey unto the said Laura Hemingway all of that certain 
lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the 
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and 
described as follows to wit Lot twenty nine Sixty ft front and one
hundred feet deep the front of said lot is divided from the Town 
of Perry by Section line In Coulterville Containing by estimation 
13/100 acres of land more or less Together with all and singular the 
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or 
in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold unto the said 
Mrs Laura Hemingway and to her heirs executors administrators and 
assigns in fee simple and absolute. And we the said Alexander 
Colter and Sallie M. Colter do hereby covenant and agree to 
and with the said Laura Hemingway that we are lawfully seized 
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same That the 
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators 
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto 
the said Laura Hemingway and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our
hand and affixed our seal on this 17 day of April AD 1882
