says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.

  Allen and Clarisy Nelson To S.H. & Sol Benjamin
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this the
Alachua County   } third day of February AD 1882 Between Allen
Nelson & Clarisy Nelson his wife parties of the first part and
S.H. Benjamin of Alachua County and Sol Benjamin of
Marion County parties of the second part Witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to
them the said parties of the first part in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have given granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents doth so give grant bargain sell convey
and release unto the said parties of the second part the
following described lot or parcel of land (To Wit Commencing at a
Stake in a Branch on the Northern boundary line of said
Allen Nelsons Tract running thence East fourteen chains and
fourteen links to a Stake corner. Thence South Seven chains
and Twenty Eight links to a Stake corner. Thence West to a
Magnolia Tree at said Branch thence along said branch seven
chains and Twenty Eight links to point of beginning and
containing ten acres of land more or less and lying and being
situated in Section Thirty five Township Eleven and Range
