which shall become due by means of such bargain sale or lease
and to take all lawful means for the recovery thereof to compound
and agree for the same and to execute and deliver sufficient discharges
and acquittances therefor with power of substitution and revocation
giving and granting unto my said attorney full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite
to be done as I might or could do if personally present hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof. In Witness

                     "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the 27 day of April
Alachua County   } AD 1882 between Elizabeth T. Long & N. Long
of the State and County of the first part and W.G. Robinson of
Alachua County in the State of Fla of the Second part
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part all that certain lot piece parcel or tract
of land situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: From the South East corner of Mrs G.S. Voyls lot South
Thirty feet to the North East corner and place of beginning
thence South four chains to a Stake thence west five chains
to a Stake thence North four chains to the center of a Street
Thence East to the place of beginning five chains leaving thirty
feet along the North boundary for a Street containing two acres all
in the North East quarter of Section four Township Ten south
of Range Twenty East containing by estimation Two acres acres of land
