E.G. Younglove To Mary A. Reynolds
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I E.G.
Alachua County } Younglove (Bachelor) of the aforesaid State
and County for and in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred
dollars to me part in cash paid by Mary A. Reynolds of said State
and County have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto her the
said Mary A. Reynolds all of that certain lot tract piece or parcel
of land Situated lying and being in the Town of Gainesville in
Alachua County State of Florida particularly described according to
the original survey of said Town of Gainesville as commencing
at a point or Stake on the Western boundary line of Block No Four
(4) of Range No Two (2) which Starting point or Stake Stands Fifty-
five (55) feet South of the North west corner of said Block No Four
(4) of Range No Two (2) thence from said Starting point South
along the said Starting point South along the said Western
boundary line of said Block No Four (4) Twenty five (25) feet
thence East Ninety Two (92) feet thence North Twenty five (25)
feet thence west Ninety two (92) feet to the starting point or
place of beginning containing Twenty three hundred (2300) Square
feet of land Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same unto her
the said Mary A. Reynolds and to her heirs executors admini=
strators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
hereto my seal on this Twenty ninth day of April AD 1882

Alachua County } Before me personally appeared E.G. Younglove the
grantor in the foregoing deed to me well and personally known and who
said and acknowledged before me that he is an unmarried man
and that he did execute sign seal and deliver the foregoing
deed of conveyance to Mary A. Reynolds for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed
