Power of Attorney
State of Tennessee } Know all men by these presents that I
Count of Davidson } Matilda S. Brown of the State County & City
City of Nashville } aforesaid do hereby nominate Constitute and
Appoint P.H. Young of Gainesville Alachua County Florida to be my
authorized agent and attorney in fact as well as at Law with full
power to manage and control all and every decree Judgment and
execution in my favor whether in my individual right or Adminis=
tratrix of the Estate of George L. Brown deceased which appear upon
the records or upon the files of the office of the Clerk of the
Court of Alachua County County Florida and which remain unpaid
and unsatisfied and my said Attorney is hereby fully authorized
and empowered to collect receive and receipt for every and all sum
or sums of money due upon the aforesaid decrees Judgments &
executions for me and in my stead and my said Attorney is
further and fully authorized and empowered to adopt any means
or measures that may in his Judgment seem fitting Just right
and proper for the purpose of Collecting money or other value out
of the said decree Judgments and executions and I hereby ratify
and confirm each and every act of my said Attorney in the premises

T. Bell whose genuine signature appeared to the foregoing
