State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That we Sarah
Alachua County } C. Taylor & John M. Taylor her husband both of
the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of One Hundred dollars to us in hand paid by S.C. Sadler
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said S.C. Sadler all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: Lying &
being in the North East corner of what is generally known as
the Leitner Land & particularly described on a plat of said
Leitner land made by W.C. Miller (CE) as lots number nine (9) Ten (10)
Eleven (11) & Twelve (12) containing Each Forty acres more or less & containing
in the aggregate one Hundred and Sixty acres more or less & being apart
of lot Number Nine of the subdivision of the Moses E. Levy Grant
containing by estimation 160 acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold
the same unto him the said S.C. Sadler and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute And we the said Sarah
C. Taylor & John M. Taylor her husband do hereby covenant and agree to
and with the said S.C. Sadler that we are lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto him the said S.C. Sadler and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns agains the lawful claims and demands of any and all
