as lots Number Nine (9) ten (10) Eleven (11) & Twelve (12) containing
Each Forty Acres more or less & containing in the aggregate one
Hundred Sixty Acres more or less & being a part of Lot No Nine
(9) of the subdivision of the Moses E. Levy grant. Containing by
estimation 160 acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold the
same unto him the said John M. Taylor and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And I the
said S.C. Sadler do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said John M. Taylor that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed; and that I have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will
and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said John M.
Taylor and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In
Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal on this 13th day of May AD 1882
