Mary F. Cheves and Husband To Wm C. Beal
                  "Deed"
This Indenture made the Tenth day of November Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and Eighty one Between Mrs Mary F. Cheves and M. Sidney
Cheves her husband of the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State
of Florida party of the first part and William C. Beal of the City
of Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida party of the 
second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part 
for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred and Seventy Five
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all
certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described
on the Public maps of said state as the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of the
South East Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty (20) Township Eight (8) South Range
Twenty Two (22) East containing Thirty Nine and Ninety three one hundredth
acres (39 93/100 acres) Also the South West Quarter (SW1/4) of the South West Quarter
(SW1/4) of Section Twenty one (21) Township Eight (8) South Range Twenty
Two East containing Forty acres (40 acres) Also Lot number five (No 5)
being the fractional part of the South East Quarter (SE1/4)of the South
West Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty-one (21) Township Eight (8)
South Range Twenty two (22) East contain Twenty five and
Thirty six one hundredths (25 36/100) acres. Together with all and singular
the ways and water ways tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and 
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
And also all the estate right title interest dower and right of 
dower property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in
and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns to his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said parties of the
first part for themselves their heirs executors & administrators do
covenant promise and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that the said Mrs. Mary F. Cheves at
the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents is lawfully
seized in her own right of a good absolute and indefeasible estate
of inheritance in fee simple of and in all and singular the above
granted bargained and described premises with the appurtenances
and has good right full power and lawful authority to grant bargain
sell and convey the same in manner aforesaid And the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times
