"Deed"
This Indenture made the Twenty ninth day of December Anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred and Eighty one Between William C. Beal and his
wife Woller J. Beal of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau and
State of Florida party of the first part and Anna M. Garland of the City
of Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida party of the second
part Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Five 62/100 Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all certain
Lot Tract or Parcel of Land situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described on the
Public maps of said State as the North half (N1/2) of the South East
Quarter (SE1/4) of the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of the South East Quarter
(SE1/4) Also the North half (N1/2) of the South West quarter (SW1/4) of
the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of
Section Twenty (20) in Township Eight (8) South Range Twenty
Two (22) East containing Ten (10) acres.
Also the North half (N1/2) of the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of Lot
number five (5) being fractional part of the South East Quarter (SE1/4)
of the South West Quarter (SW1/4). Also the North half (N1/4) of the
south West Quarter (SW1/4) of Lot number five (5) being fractional
part of the south East Quarter (SE1/4) of the South West Quarter (SW1/4)
Also the North half (N1/2) of the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of the South West
Quarter (SW1/4) of the South West Quarter (SW1/4) also the north half (N1/2)
of the South West Quarter (SW1/4) of the South West Quarter (SW1/4) of the South
West Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty one (21) in Township Eight (8) South
Range Twenty Two (22) East containing Nineteen and one fourth (19 1/4)
acres as per diagram of said Land hereinafter embodied in this instrument
Together with all and singular the ways and water ways tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof. And also all the estate right title
