Barton of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the
sum of Nineteen Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Annie L. Barton
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Annie L. Barton an
undivided half interest in that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
Situated lying and being in Township Ten South of Range Nineteen East in
Alachua County Florida and bounded as follows to wit beginning on the South
East line of the George I.F. Clarke Grant at a point two hundred and
nine feet from the East corner of said Grant thence running South Westerly
along the South West boundary of said Grant One Hundred and fifteen
chains and Eighty Eight links to a point five chains and twelve links
