"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I E.G. Younglove
Alachua County } (Bachelor) of the aforesaid State & County for and in consideration
of twenty four hundred ($2400) dollars paid by L.G. Dennis of said County & State
have granted bargained sold & Conveyed & by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien and convey unto him the said L.G. Dennis all of that certain lot
tract piece or parcel of land situated lying & being in the town of Gainesville
in Alachua County State of Florida particularly described according to P. Youngs
map on file as follows to wit Lots two (2) & three (3) of Block four (4)
Range two (2) of the original survey of the town of Gainesville the
said lots being each Thirty & two thirds feet East & West & Eighty (80) feet
North & South & lying in the town of Gainesville Alachua County &
State of Florida a plat of which is fully recorded in Deed Book "N" at
page "403" public Records of said Alachua County & Containing in the
aggregate four thousand Nine hundred & Six 2/3 (4906 2/3) Square feet
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments & appurten=
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have &
to Hold the same unto him the Said L.G. Dennis & to his heirs
executors administrators & assigns in fee simple absolute forever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed hereto my
seal on this thirteenth day of May AD 1882

therein contained & Expressed
