$667 00/100) Six hundred and Sixty Seven dollars paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said party 
of the second part her heirs and assigns all that certain tract or
parcel of land situated in the State and County aforesaid and
described as follows Beginning at a Stake on the North west corner of
George Phillips land Thence running West (1346) thirteen hundred
and forty six feet to a stake. Making the North West corner of
this piece now being conveyed thence South (324 three hundred
and twenty feet to another stake thence East (463) four hundred
and Sixty three feet to another stake and from this point South east
250 Two hundred and fifty feet to another Stake thence due
South (450) four hundred and fifty feet being the extreme South
west corner thence East (673) Six hundred and Seventy three feet
to the extreme South East corner thence North along the western
boundary line of the said Phillips land (984) nine hundred and 
eighty four feet to the point of beginning making in all about
20 3/5) twenty and three fifths acres together with all and singular
the hereditaments rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold the 
said premises as above described with the appurtenances to the
said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever
and the said party of the first part for himself his heirs executors
& administrators do hereby covenant to and with the said party of
the second part her heirs executors administrators and assigns
that he is well seized of the premises above conveyed as of a good
and indefeasible estate in fee simple and has a good right to sell
and convey the same as in manner and form aforesaid that they are
free from all encumbrances and that the above bargained premises
in the quiet and peaceful possession of the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns against the claims and demands of all persons
whomsoever will warrant and forever defend. In Witness Whereof the said
party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day
and year first above written all of the above described premises are
