Martha D. Jackson To John W. Weaver
                 "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Martha D. Jackson
Alachua County   } (Widow) of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid
by John W. Weaver of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the said John W. Weaver all of that certain Lot
piece Tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: Lots Nos Ten (10) and Fifteen (15) of the Subdivision of Lot
No Thirteen (13) of Browns addition to the Town of Gainesville as surveyed and
platted by Richard S. Fuller for the said Martha D. Jackson the same being in
the North West Quarter of Section Five (5) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) said
lots each being one hundred and fifty seven and one half feet square Saving
and reserving off of the North boundary of lot Ten a strip of Twelve feet for
an alley way containing by estimation one & 1/7 acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same
unto him the said John W. Weaver and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute And I the said Martha D. Jackson do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said John W. Weaver that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will
and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said John W. Weaver and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on this 16th day of May AD 1882
