"Deed"
This Deed made this 19th day of January AD 1880 Witnesseth That for the
consideration of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars we Josiah A. Lee and Mary
A. Lee his wife of Sumter County State of Florida hereby sell and convey
unto Solomon F. Halliday of Alachua County State of Florida all that certain
Lot piece or parcel of land described as lot number one in block number
one of range number four in Ropers addition to Gainesville in the County
of Alachua State of Florida containing one acre more or less together with
all the estate title and interest dower and right of dower of the said
grantors or either of them and we hereby warrant the title to said
premises against all persons whomsoever and we hereby quit claim all our
right title and interest in and to said premises to the grantees herein
named Witness our hands and seals this the day and date above written

AD 1880 Before me a Clerk Circuit Court within and for said County
and State personally appeared Josiah A. Lee and Mary A. Lee his
wife personally known to me to be the identical persons whose
names are affixed to the foregoing deed as grantors and acknowledged
the same to be their voluntary act and deed and the said Mary A.
Lee having been made acquainted with the contents hereof and
the nature of the above instrument having been fully explained
to her and having been examined by me separate and apart from
her husband acknowledged that she signed and executed the said
deed freely and voluntarily and without compulsion and that she
does not desire to retract the same. In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand official seal this the day and date above written

Known all men by these Presents That the Trustees
of the Internal Improvement Fund under an act of the General
Assembly of the State of Florida entitled "an Act to Provide for and
Encourage a Liberal System of Internal Improvements in this State" approved
January 6, 1855 for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar per
acre to them in hand paid by Joseph W. Malphurs of the County of
