State of Florida } This Indenture made this 9th day of January AD 1880
Alachua County } between Orville B. Bailey of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and J.W. Black of the same
place party of the second part Witnesseth That the said Orville B. Bailey
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars ($10000) to him cash
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors administrators
and assigns all that certain Lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and particularly
described as follows to wit: The South West corner of Lot number fifteen (15)
in the South half of Section Thirty Two (32) in Township nine (9) South Range
Twenty (20) East according to a map of said South half of said Section Thirty
Two (32) drawn by Wm C. Miller and recorded May 13th 1878 in Deed Book "K"
at page 203 of the public records of said County which said South West
Corner of Said Lot No 15 in said Section Township and range contained one (1) acre
more or less being two hundred feet East and West and two hundred and
Ten feet North and South Together with all and singular the tenements
