hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining To have and to hold unto the said party of the second
part his heirs executors and administrators the above bargained
and described premises to his and their own proper use benefit and
behoof forever And the said party of the first part does hereby covenant
with the said party of the second part that the title to said property
is free and unencumbered and that he has good right to convey
the same and the said party of the first part does further warrant
the title to the said property to the said party of the second part
against the claims of any and all persons lawfully claiming by
through or under him. In Testimony whereof the said party

"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the 18th day of May AD 1882 between
Alachua County } J.W. Black (bachelor) of the said State and County
of the first part and L.G. Dennis of said County in the State of
Florida of the second part: Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred fifty dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part all that certain lot
piece parcel or tract of land Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Beginning at the South West corner of Lot No 15 in the South
half of Section Thirty Two (32) in Township Nine (9) South of Range Twenty
(20) East as designated on a map of said South half of said Section Thirty
