is known as Ropers addition to the town of Gainesville in
Alachua County State of Florida as shown by the map of said
addition by record in said county and known and described
according to said map as the North half of Lot No Eight
(8) in Range No three (3) in Block No four (4) in said Ropers
Addition to the town of Gainesville. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining To Have and To Hold the same unto
his the said L.G. Dennis his heirs executors and administrators
in fee simple absolute forever. In Witness Whereof we the parties

is personally known to me as the same person whose name is

in person and acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered
the said instrument of writing as his free and voluntary act
for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
And the said Grace E. Keeler wife of the said Arthur
M. Keeler having been by me examined separate and
apart from and out of the hearing of her husband acknowledged
that she freely and voluntarily Executed the same and
relinquished her dower to the lands and tenements therein
mentioned without compulsion of her said husband and
she does not wish to retract the same. Given under my
