State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County   } Jasper N. Wilson and Laura Wilson his wife Fannie
E. Harville and Samuel R. Harville her husband Harry E. Geiger and
W.H. Geiger her husband and Virginia E. Lucy heirs at Law of Martha
B. Wilson deceased for and in consideration of the Sum of Three hundred
and ten ($31000) Dollars to us in hand paid have this day granted
bargained sold and conveyed unto Jesse B. Carroll his heirs and assigns
the following described pieces parcels or lots of land situate lying and
being in the town of Newnansville County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: as parts of lots No five Six and Seven commencing at the
South East Corner of Block No four Range No Two and thence run North
one hundred and Seventy five feet; thence West Two hundred and Eighty
five feet thence South one hundred and Seventy five feet thence East
Two hundred and Eighty five feet to the place of beginning and Containing
one and one third acres. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and to hold the same unto him the said Jesse B.
