    A. Shiretzki and Husband To Sol Benjamin
                        "Deed"
The State of Florida } This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day
Alachua County       } of April AD 1882 between A. Shiretzki of
the State and County above and M. Shiretzki her husband 
who joins in the conveyance for the purpose of expressing his appro=
val thereof parties of the first part and Sol Benjamin of
Marion County same State party of the second part Witnesseth
That for the consideration of One Hundred Dollars paid by the
second party to the said first parties the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged the said first parties have bargained sold conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
release convey and confirm unto the said second party his heirs
