County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: Beginning at a point on the North western
Boundary line of the Gary Grant which point is located 19 chains North 48
degrees East from where the Western Boundary line of Fractional Section 13
in Township 10 S Range 19 E intersects said line of said Grant & running
thence North 30 degrees West 14 chains & 30 links to a point 40 feet from the
center of the Transit RR Track. Beginning again at the above Starting point
& running thence North 48 degrees East along the line of the said Gary
Grant 4 chains to the western boundary line of the Thomas Napier Grant
thence North 5 degrees East 95 links to the North West corner of the
said Napier Grant: Thence south 85 degrees East along the Northern
boundary line of said Napier Grant 7 chains thence North 19 chains
& 14 links to a point 40 feet south of the center of the Transit RR
Track Thence in a Southwesterly direction along a line paralel
to & 40 feet from the center of said RR Tract to the second point
above mentioned containing by estimation 21 16/100 acres of land more or
less in the Arredondo Grant Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto
him the said Thomas G. McPherson and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and we
the said John W. Turner and Josephine C. Turner do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Thomas G. McPherson
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto him the said Thomas G. McPherson and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this 20th day of May AD 1882

before me personally appeared Mrs Josephine C. Turner wife of John
W. Turner the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said deed
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
