      John W. Turner To Lizzie Pinkerson
                    "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we John W.
Alachua County   } Turner and Josephine C. Turner his wife of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum 104 - dollars to 
us in hand paid by Lizzie Pinkerson of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto her the said Lizzie Pinkerson all of that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida Particularly known and
described as follows to wit: Beginning at a point on the North western
boundary line of the Gary Grant which point is located 10 chains
North 48 degrees East from where the western boundary line of Fractional
Section 13 in Township 10 South Range 19 E intersects the said line of
said Grant and running thence North 30 degrees west 12 chains to a point
to a point 40 feet from the center of the Transit RR Track Beginning
again at the above starting point & running thence North 48 degrees East
along the line of the Gary Grant 9 chains thence North 30 degrees West
14 chains & 30 links to a point 40 feet from the center of said RR Track
thence in a Southwesterly direction along line paralel to & 40 feet from
the center of said RR Track to the second point above mentioned
containing by estimation 13 acres of land more or less in the Arredondo
Grant Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have
and Hold the same unto her the said Lizzie Pinkerson and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
And we the said John W. Turner and Josephine C. Turner do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Lizzie Pinkerson that we
are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
