purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
of whatsoever kind or nature whether of Dower Homestead or other kind
in and to the property herebefore conveyed and that said relinquishment and
renunciation was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
and that she does not wish to retract the same

      Hudson and Mackey To Annie L. Barton
                    "Deed"
This Indenture made the nineteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty one Between John W. Hudson
and Rachael Hudson his wife of Madison Wis S. Mackey of Reedsbury
Wis F. Mackey parties of the first part and Mrs Annie L. Barton of
Arredondo Alachua Co State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of twelve hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged have given granted bargained sold remised released
aliened conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do give grant
bargain sell remise release alien convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns forever the following described Real
Estate Situated in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit
all of lots number Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) as shown and described
in the recorded Plat of Mackey and Hudson in the Register of Deeds
office in said Alachua County in the State of Florida. Together with
all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining; and to all the estate right title interest
claim or demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part either
