The United States of America to Mary Lewis and Henry Lewis
                          Patent
               The United States of America
                 To All to whom these presents shall come Greeting
Homestead Certificate No 927 }  Whereas there has been deposited in the General Land
Application 4520             }  office of the United States a certificate of the Register 
of the Land office at Gainesville Florida whereby it appears that pursuant
to the act of Congress approved 20th May 1862 "To secure Homestead to
actual Settlers on the Public Domain" and the acts Supplemental 
thereto the claim of Mary Lewis and Henry Lewis minor children
of Prince Lewis deceased has been established and duly consumated in
conformity to law for the East half of the South West quarter, the South
West quarter of the South West Quarter and the South East quarter of
the North West quarter of Section twenty four in Township nine 
South of Range twenty two East in the District of Lands subject to 
sale at Gainesville Florida containing one hundred and fifty 
nine acres and twenty Eight hundredths of an acre according
to the official Plat of the Survey of the said Land returned to the General 
Land Office by the surveyor General:
Now Know Ye, That there is therefore granted by the United States 
unto the said Mary Lewis and Henry Lewis the tract of land above
described. To have and to hold the said tract of Land with the
appurtenances thereof unto the said Mary Lewis and Henry
Lewis and to their heirs and assigns forever. 
   In testimony Whereof I Rutherford B. Hayes President of 
     the United States of America have caused these letters to be 
 (  )    made Patent and the seal of the General Land Office 
(Seal)    to be hereunto affixed. Given under my hand at 
 (  )      at the City of Washington the thirtieth day of 
          December in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight 
            hundred and Seventy eight and of the Independence 
            of the United States the one hundred and third

This Indenture made this the 19th day of May in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and 82 between Henry B. Lewis of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and
Wm W. McCall of Alachua Co State of Florida party of the second
part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in
