Consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand 
paid by the said party of the second part at and before the 
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged has bargained sold released granted
conveyed Anne confirmed and buy these presents does bargain sell 
release grant convey and confirm unto the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain 
piece or parcel of land described as Block Thirteen in Section 
Twenty four Township Nine South of Range Twenty two east
lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida. Together with 
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate 
right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever 
as well in Law as in Equity of the said party of the first part in and  
to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof 
To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained and described 
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to have and to hold for own proper
use benefit and behoof forever. And the said party of the first part  
for his heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant with 
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that at 
the time of the delivery hereof the said party of the first part 
is the lawful owner of the premises above granted and seized 
thereof in fee simple absolute; that they are free from all incumbran=
=ces. That the said party of the first part has good right to sell 
and convey the same to the said party of the second part as aforesaid 
and that the said party of the first part his heirs executors and adminis=
trators the above described and hereby granted and conveyed premises and 
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns against the said party of the 
first part and his heirs and against all and every person and 
persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall 
and will warrant and by these present forever defend.
