Putnam County    } Be it Remembered That on this the 19" day of
May AD 1882 personally came before me an acting Justice of the Peace
Easter Judy Lewis wife of John L. Lewis upon an examination by
me held separate and apart from her husband acknowledged that
she did make sign and seal the foregoing deed and instrument
freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband and for the
purpose therein mentioned

                 Deed
State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents That we
County of Alachua } Merritt L. Wood and Adelia M. Wood of the
State and County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
of One Hundred and Twenty five dollars to us in hand paid the
receipt of which we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
convey unto Edgar A. Healy of the aforesaid State and County the following
described land all that certain piece parcel or tract of land
contained within the following boundaries Commencing at the
North East corner of lot forty (40) of the Leitner Lands running
thence Southward Six chains (6 ch) and fifty eight (58) links along the
eastern boundary of said lot (40) thence Westward on a line parallel
to the northern boundary of said lot to the western boundary of
the same; Thence North Six (6) chains and fifty eight (58) links
along the said western boundary to the North West corner of said lot
(40) Thence Eastward along the Northern boundary of said lot to the
point of beginning and containing land ** water ten (10) acres more or
less Situated lying and being in the State of Florida and County
