hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed 
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto 
Mary D. Campbell of the state of Ohio and the County of Mahoning
the following described land all that certain piece parcel or tract of land 
contained within the following boundaries commencing at a point on 
the eastern boundary of lot forty (40) of the Leitner Lands six (6) chains
and fifty Eighty (58) links South from the North eastern corner thereof 
and running thence southward six (6) chains and fifty eight (58)
links alone said eastern boundary Thence Westward on a line parallel
to the Northern boundary of said lot (40) to the western boundary of
the same: Thence Northward Six chains (6ch) and fifty Eighty (58) links
along the western boundary of the said lot (40): Thence Eastward to the
point of beginning and containing Ten acres of land and water more
or less Situated lying and being in the State of Florida and the
County of Alachua and located in the above described part of that
lot which is designated upon a map or platt of the Leitner Lands
as they are popularly known as lot number forty (40) The said
map or plat having been made and drawn by W.C. Miller and
recorded August 29th 1877 on page 645 in Deed Book "J" of the
Records in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida. To have and to hold the same to her
the said Mary D. Campbell her heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever in fee simple In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals this 27th day of March AD One

Alachua County   } Before The Subscriber a Justice of the Peace in
and for said County personally came Merritt L. Wood and 
Adelia M. Wood who acknowledged they signed the foregoing
Deed freely and voluntarily and for the use and purpose 
therein set forth. Witness my hand and seal this 27th day
of March AD 1882

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this - day of - 1882
before me personally appeared Mrs Adelia M. Wood wife of
Merritt L. Wood the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and 
part from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and 
to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
