the foregoing Deed freely and voluntarily and for the use & purpose

Alachua County   } before me personally appeared Mrs Adelia M. Wood
wife of Merritt L. Wood the grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and
to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband

                      "Deed"
State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents: That we
County of Alachua } Merritt L. Wood and Adelia M. Wood of the
State and County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
of one Hundred and twenty (120) dollars to us in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto Mary U. Pratt of the State of
Ohio and County of Scioto the following described land That
certain piece parcel or Tract of land contained in the following
boundaries commencing at the South Eastern corner of lot Sixty
of the Leitner Lands running thence West along the Southern
boundary of said lot to the South western corner thereof. Thence
Northward five chains and Seventy five links (5ch-75l) along the
Western boundary of said lot thence Eastward on a line
parallel to the Southern boundary of said lot Sixty (60)
thence Southward five chains and Seventy five links (5ch-75l)
along the Eastern boundary of said lot Sixty (60) to the point
of beginning and contain fifteen acres of land and water
