more or less situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and located in the above described part of
that lot which is designated upon a map or plat of the Leitner Lands
as they are popularly known as lot Sixty (60) said map or plat
having been made and drawn by W.C. Miller and recorded August
29th 1877 on page 645 of Deed Book "J" of the records in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county of Alachua and State of 
Florida To have and to hold the same to her the said Mary U.
Pratt her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
forever. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals this Twenty Seventh day of March One Thousand
Eight hundred and Eighty two AD

Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice of the peace
in and for said County personally came Merrill L. Wood
and Adelia M. Wood who acknowledged they signed the
foregoing Deed freely voluntarily and for the us and pur[pose
therein set forth Witness my hand and seal this 27th day of
March AD 1882

Alachua county   } 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Adelia
M. Wood wife of Merritt L. Wood the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me
Separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of
conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband
