State of Florida } Before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and
Alachua County   } for said County personally came Merritt L. Wood &
Adelia M. Wood and acknowledged they signed the foregoing Deed freely
& voluntarily & for the use and purpose therein set forth. Witness my hand
and seal this 27th day of March 1882

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this - day of - AD 1882 before me
Alachua County   } personally appeared Mrs Adelia M. Wood wife of Merritt L.
Wood the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
of dower in and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand } Adelia M. Wood
and seal this 25th day of April AD 1882          }

  Cynthia J. Waits To Robert B. Weeks
             "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this Eleventh day of May AD
Alachua County   } 1882 between Cynthia J. Waits in her own right and
Calvin Waits both of Hawthorn in said State and County parties
of the first part and Robert B. Weeks also of said Hawthorn of the
second part Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum
of Fifty Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Waits Crossing
an addition to Hawthorn and described as follows to wit Lot One in
Block Two in the addition to the Town of Hawthorn known as Waits
Crossing To Have and To Hold the above described land to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns together with the
rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
manner appertaining. And the said parties of the first part for
themselves their heirs executors administrators and assigns the title to
the above bargained sold and conveyed premises will forever warrant
and defend against all legal claims and demands.
