lying and being in Alachua County in the State of Florida and
particularly described as follows to wit; Lots Nos Nine (9) and Ten (10)
in Block Two (2) of Range Two (2) the same being 241 feet wide
from North to South by 338 feet in length from East to West said
Lots containing 81458 Square feet of land in Ropers addition to
the Town of Gainesville Florida the same being in Section
Four (4) in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto him the said Leonard G.
Dennis and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns

wife of Joseph H. Avera who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
did say and acknowledge before me upon such separate and
private examination that she did sign seal execute and
deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance to Leonard G. Dennis
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all
of her right and claim to Dower in and to the land in said
deed described and that such release relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was executed and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
