"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the 12th day of May AD 1882 between
Alachua County } Walter G. Robinson of the State and County of the
first part and J.H. Post of Alachua County in the State of Fla of the
second part. Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred & Twenty five dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the
second part all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit: From the
South East corner of Mrs G.S. Voyles lot South Thirty feet to the
North East corner and place of beginning. Thence South Four
chains to a Stake. Thence west five chains to a Stake thence North
four chains to the centre of a Street Thence East to the place of
beginning five chains leaving Thirty feet along the North boundary
for a Street containing two acres all in the North East quarter of
Section four Township Ten South of Range Twenty East containing
by estimation two acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same
unto him the said party of the second part, and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
And the said party of the first part do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part that is lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that he has
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
he will and his heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs executors administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said party of

against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
