of the sum of Twenty-five hundred dollars to them in hand paid by
the said Moses Freyermuth the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do by these presents give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Moses Freyermuth his heirs and assigns a certain Tract of land lying
in the County and State aforesaid known and distinguished as part of
the Lot number eleven situated in the Twenty thousand acre
tract of Moses E. Levy the said lot conveyed being part of the South
west quarter of lot No 11 and bounded as follows Commencing at a
point in the pond called hog pond running along the lot line
South Eighty five degrees fifteen minutes East (S 85° 15' E) Fifty two
chains and fifty links (52.50) Thence North four degrees and forty five
minutes East (N 4° 45' E) Eighty chains and one link (80.01') Thence
West running Thirty Three chains and forty five links to that point
where the line intersects the fence enclosing the field of E.P. Hickson
then South warly around around the field along the line on which
the fence stands until it intersects and reaches the line which bounds
Lot number Eleven on the West Thence down that line South four
degrees and forty five minutes West (S 4° 45 W) fifty Three 09 chains (50.09)
to the point of beginning together with all the privileges thereto in anywise
appertaining. To have and to hold the above granted premises to the
said Moses Freyermuth his heirs and assigns in fee simple and
we the said E.P. Hickson and A.P. Hickson his wife will their
heirs and assigns executors and administrators shall the said
property to the said Moses Freyermuth forever warrant and defend
against the lawful demands of all persons whatsoever and in Joining
in this conveyance we release all claims to any dower in the
within mentioned premises. In Testimony whereof the said E.P. Hickson
and wife have hereto set their hands and seals the day and year
above written.
