         Robert J. Camp and others to John I. Ricker
                             Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that We Robert J. Camp John S.
Alachua County   } Camp Benjamin F. Camp and Annie S. Camp his wife of
the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of One
hundred and thirty four dollars to them in hand paid by John I. Ricker of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents 
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said John I. Ricker all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: All of lot number two in block number three in
the village of Campville in said State and County. The said Grantee binds
himself and his heirs administrators executors and assigns not to keep or
allow any person or persons to keep intoxicating liquors of any kind on said
lot for sale. If the said Grantee his heirs executors administrators or assigns
shall fail to comply with this obligation then this deed shall be null and
void and the said lot shall revert to the grantors hereof or their heirs
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten=
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold
the same unto him the said John I. Ricker and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and we the said
Robert, John, Benjamin and Annie, do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Ricker that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said Ricker and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof We have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our Seals on this 14th day of March AD 1882

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 14th day of March AD 1882
Alachua County   } before me personally appeared Mrs Annie S. Camp wife
of Benjamin F. Camp the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign
the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.
