Estimation twenty acres of land more or less Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto the said
Cathrine A. Redish and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute. And I the said William P. Boulware
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Cathrine A. Redish that
I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said Cathrine A. Redish
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have

This Indenture made the Fifth day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eighty hundred and Eighty Two Between
Columbus J. Morrison and Sallie M. Morrison his wife of Alachua
County Florida of the first part and James R. Adkins of said
State and County of the Second part: Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Two Hundred and Thirty Five Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
