(Executors of the Estate of Augustus H. Johnson (deceased) of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
three dollars to us in hand paid by James S. Johnson of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled=
ged have granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said James S. Johnson his heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever the following described
lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to wit Commencing at the North West
corner of Section Twenty four in Township 11 south Range 21 East
thence East on section line thirteen chains and fifty links to
place of beginning thence South twelve chains and twelve links
thence South 44° West five chains Seventy Eight links thence
South Twenty five chains twenty four links thence South 85° East
ten chains nine links; thence North 8° East thirty three chains
thence North 70° East twelve chains and fifty links; thence North
four chains to Section line thence West on section line Twenty two
chains and fifty links back to place of beginning. Containing
fifty 49/100 acres more or less Beginning again at the North East
corner of Section twenty four T 11 S R 21 E, thence West on Section
line twenty four chains and ten links; thence South thirteen
chains sixty three links, thence East twenty four chains and
ten links to Range line 22 East thence North on Range line
thirteen chas and sixty three links back to place of beginning
containing thirty two 84/100 acres more or less. To Have and To Hold
the above granted bargained and described premises together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to the said James S. Johnson his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever.
And the said - for - and for -heirs executors administrators
and assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said - that -
will and - heirs executors administrators and assigns shall forever
warrant and defend the title to the above described premises against all and
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same
