     Josiah M. Croxton To Mrs Susan Lowman

State of Florida } Before me personally came Josiah M. Croxton who
Alachua County   } is well and personally known to me who says and
acknowledges before me that he signed sealed and executed a certain
deed of conveyance to Mrs Susan Lowman which said deed is dated
the 23rd day of April AD 1859 and recorded in Deed Book "E" pp 14 &
15 public Records of Alachua County and that this acknowledgment
is made because the same was not done at the date and at the
time of the execution of said deed

  F. James Hammond To William B. Hammond
                  "Deed"
State of Florida } This indenture made this Twentieth day of April
Alachua County   } AD 1882 between F. James Hammond party of 
the first part and William B. Hammond of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the Second part Witnesseth That for and in
consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to the party of
the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns in fee simple all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Alachua County and State of Florida and described
as follows to wit: The North West Quarter of the North West Quarter
of Section fourteen and the North East Quarter of the North East
Quarter Section fifteen Township Ten Range Twenty two East: Containing
eighty acres more or less. To have and to hold the above described
land to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
together with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto being
belonging or any manner appertaining and the said party of the
first part for himself his heirs executors administrators and assigns
