and to her heirs and assigns as her and their absolute property in fee
simple forever. And the said Florida Town Improvement Company for
itself and assigns and for all others claiming by through or under
it does covenant and agree that at the time of the execution and
delivery of these presents the said company is seized of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and has good right to
convey the same as it has conveyed the said free and discharged from
all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description
and that the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably and may at all times hereafter have
use occupy possess and enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And that it
will at any and at all times make such further covenants and
assurances at the expense of the said party of the second part
as she the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
or counsel learned in the law may require In Witness Whereof
the said party of the first part has caused its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be subscribed
by its President and Resident Manager the day and year
first above written

      Simon Lamps to Joseph G. Bulloh
                 "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this Thirtieth day of
Alachua County   } May AD 1882 between Simon Lamps of
Hawthorn in said State and County partie of the first part
and Joseph G. Bulloh also of said Hawthorn of the second
part Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum of
One Hundred Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
in fee simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the Town of Hawthorn and described as follows
to wit: Beginning at the South East corner of the South
West Quarter of Section Twenty Six Township Ten South
Range Twenty Two East Thence West along the South line of 
said Section Two Hundred and Ten fee Thence Northerly
paralel with the Easterly line of said Quarter Section
