Six hundred and twenty nine feet Thence East two 
hundred and ten feet to Easterly boundary of said quarter 
Section thence Southerly along the Easterly boundary of 
said quarter Section to point of beginning Meaning 
hereby to convey a tract of land about one acre wide and 
extending from the South line of Section Twenty Six to low
water mark on the margin of the lake known as Johnson's Pond.
To have and to Hold the above described land to the said party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns together with the 
rights members and appurtenances thereunto being belonging or in 
any manner appertaining. And the said parties of the first part
for themselves their heirs executors administrators and assigns the 
title to the above bargained sold and conveyed premises will
forever warrant and defend against all legal claims and
