Archer containing by estimation __ acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and 
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining 
To have and Hold the same unto her the said Sallie F. Winecoff and
to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and 
absolute. And they the said Ella T. Hodgson and William Hodgson do 
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Sallie F. Winecoff that 
they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and 
that they will and their heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said Sallie F. Winecoff
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our seals on this 30th day of May A.D. 1882.

Alachua County  } I hereby certify that on this 30th day of 
May A. D. 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs. Ella T. 
Hodgson wife of William Hodgson and she the grantor in the 
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and 
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of 
conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and 
renouncing all of her right of dower in and to the land in 
said deed described and that said relinquishment and 
renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely and 
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.
