party of the first part his heirs executors administrators or assigns all
right title and interest in and to the above described premises and all
right of action upon or growing out of this contract. And it is further
agreed and understood that the said party of the second part shall
have no right to the possession of said premises as purchaser until after
the full payment of said purchase money but the right of possession
shall be and remain in the party of the first part.
Fourth - The party of the first part hereby leases the above described premises
to the party of the second part who hereby takes the same as tenant from
his said land lord from the date hereof to the time above agreed on for 
making the last payment of the purchase money for said land the
amounts above agreed to be paid for interest and taxes shall be the
amounts to be paid as rent for the use and occupation of said premises
and they shall be payable the times above agreed on for paying said
interest and taxes respectively. But in case the respective payments
of purchase money with the interest thereon and taxes shall be
promptly paid at the time above agreed on then no rent shall be due
or payable for any time previous to any such payment

                   "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this 29th day
Alachua County   } of November AD 1880 between Peter G. Snowden and
Mrs E.C. Snowden his wife (who joins in this deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing all her dower or right of dower in
and to the property herein after described and conveyed) of the first
part and E.L. Snowden of the second part all of the State and 
County aforesaid; Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred dollars to
them in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery 
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns all that certain lot tract piece or 
parcel of land lying and being Situate in the State and County
aforesaid and particularly described as the South West quarter (1/4)
of the South West quarter (1/4) of Section Fifteen (15) in Township
Ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East containing Forty (40) acres
more or less. To Have and To Hold unto the said party of the
