in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof 
is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold released granted
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do bargain sell
release grant convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of
land situate in section fourteen (14) Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen
19 South & East County of Alachua & State of Florida and particularly
described as follows to wit: commencing at the half mile stake
on the East line of Section fourteen (14) township Ten (10) Range
Nineteen (19) South and west (W) thirteen and a half chains
to a Stake the point of beginning thence West seven & a half
chains to a stake, thence south Twenty one chains & sixty four
links to the Gary Grant line thence North and East along
the Gary Grant line ten chains and thirty three links to
a Stake thence North fifteen chains to a stake the point of
beginning containing all the land in said described limits
except a small lot in the North East corner deeded to Ant
Rachael Williams Nov 1st 1879 In amount fourteen acres more
or less - Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the estate right title interest property
possession claim and demands whatsoever as well in Law
as in Equity of the said parties of the first part in and to
the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof
To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained and 
described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns to her and
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever and the
said parties of the first part for their heirs executors and
administrators do hereby covenant with the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns that at the time of
the delivery hereof the said parties of the first part the
lawful owners of the premises above granted and seized
thereof in fee simple absolute that they are free from all
encumbrances that the said parties of the first part have
good right to sell and convey the same to the said party
of the second part as aforesaid; and that the said parties
of the first part their heirs executors and administrators the
above described and hereby granted and conveyed premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
against the said parties of the first part and her heirs
and against all and every person and persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and will
warrant and by these presents forever defend. In Witness
