State of Florida } Whereas under and by virtue of a Decree of Foreclosure 
Alachua County   } of Mortgage granted by Honorable James B. Dawkins
Judge of the Circuit Court of Florida 5th Judicial Circuit in & for
Alachua County at Chambers on the 5th day of August AD 1881 and 
to me directed in a certain cause wherein Rev John Young was
Complainant and M. Josephine McLin as administratrix on the
Estate of Samuel B. McLin deceased was defendant I John W. Turner as 
Sheriff of and for said Alachua County Florida have duly levied 
upon the property hereinafter described: and under and by virtue 
of said Decree of Foreclosure have duly advertised the said property for 
sale on the 6th day of March AD 1882 According to law and whereas 
on said 6th day of March AD 1882 I did as such Sheriff as aforesaid duly
