Lalla Henderson To John Chesser
                    "Deed"
This Indenture made nd entered into this the 25th day of May AD 1882
Between Lalla Henderson and A.A. Henderson her husband of the State
of South Carolina parties of the first part and John Chesser party of
the second part Witnesses that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to them paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the
party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
& situate in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and known
and described as the North East quarter (NE1/4) and the South East quarter
of the North West quarter (SE1/4 of NW1/4) of Section nine (9) Township
seven (7) of Range Eighteen (R18) containing in all Two hundred (200) acres
more or less. To Have and To Hold to the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns with all the rights privileges and appurtenances
thereto in any wise belonging. In witness Whereof the parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and seals

County of Barnwell       } I W.H. Billinger a Trial Justice in and for the
County aforesaid do hereby certify that Mrs Lalla Henderson and A.A. 
Henderson both personally known to me appeared before me and
acknowledged to me that they had executed the foregoing deed to John
Chesser for the purposes therein stated and I further certify that the
said Mrs Lalla Henderson having been first examined by me privately and
separately and apart from her husband the said A.A. Henderson acknowledged
to me that she had executed the said deed freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband

State of South Carolina } Personally appeared before me W.H. Billinger
Barnwell County         } Esq Trial Justice in and for said County and
State S.S. Turner who being duly sworn says that he was present and
saw the within named Mrs Lalla Henderson and A.A. Henderson sign
seal and as their act and deed deliver the within written deed John
Chesser and that he together with C.J.S. Brooker witnessed the due
execution thereof.
